TWM has committed itself to the principles of the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and can supply ISIR, FMEA and SPC data to satisfy our Customers QS 9000 requirements. As such quality objectives and regular management reviews ensure continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our system.

Det Norske Veritas certification of TWM covers the following products and / or service ranges: Design, development and manufacture of coil springs, light metal pressings, automatic wire and strip forms, light electrical and mechanical sub-assemblies, heat treatment, degreasing, cleaning and passivation.

Modern state of the art production, inspection and quality equipment ensure that all Pressings, Springs and Wire Forms are designed and manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Our Production capabilities automatically allow the sorting of “in tolerance” and “out of tolerance” components. This fully automated solution enables TWM to provide 100% product conformance.
