General disciplines at TWM & Apprenticeships
General skills employed at TWM are numerous given the very nature of our operation. Our Company has a variety of departments including, Operations Management, Engineering, Press Shop, Coil Shop, Grinding section, Finishing Centre, Inspection & Quality Management, Tool Room, Research & Development, Facilities Management, Information Technology and general Maintenance. Given the scope of our operation we employ staff from a wide variety of disciplines. Below are some of the skills employed:

Apprenticeships
TWM offer apprenticeships and would welcome hearing from interested parties. TWM provide a Mentor who works closely with the apprentice to introduce our engineering practices and concepts yet evolve a specific training and education program. For Apprentice’s at College we also offer day release. The aim is for the apprentice to achieve specific standards across a wide area of discipline including general engineering, specific projects such as tool making, machine set-up, machine monitoring, re-engineering and general business disciplines including health & safety, industrial wellbeing and general business practices.
