TWM utilise automatic, single action and multislide press capacity (Mechanical & Hydraulic) ranging from 6 – 40 tons. Supported by our In-House R&D and Tooling Centre we design & develop tooling capable of producing multi impression mass produced components and single action, operator controlled components for specialised assembly and finish forming operations. All manufacturing at TWM is in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality standards.

Our integrated R&D and Tooling Centre ensure tools are designed and developed in accordance with client specific requirements. Throughout manufacture our tool makers and tooling engineers maintain and refurbish tooling ensuring component consistency throughout the product life cycle.
